🔄 Returns & Replacement Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you encounter an issue, we offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You received an incorrect product (wrong size/item).

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Important Requirement: To process your request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the issue. This is mandatory for quality control and claim verification.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Verification: Once your request is submitted with the unboxing video, our team will review it within 24 hours.

  3. Collection/Shipping: If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location. If pickup services are unavailable at your pincode, you will be required to self-ship the item.

  4. Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for approved return cases where a replacement is not possible or requested by the customer.

  • Timeline: Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund within 5–7 working days.

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping charges (specifically the ₹100 COD fee) are non-refundable.

❌ Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items where the customer had a change of mind or ordered the incorrect size.

  • Minor variations in color or design due to photography lighting or screen display settings.

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Claims made after the 48-hour window without valid proof (unboxing video).

  • Order Processing: 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery Timeline: 4–7 working days across India.

  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all prepaid orders. A flat fee of ₹100 is charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
